One of America’s leading Black executives, Lanesha Minnix, executive vice president, general counsel, and secretary at Ecolab, Inc., received a total compensation package of $4.95 million from the U.S. cleaning products company in 2022.

Minnix — who became the group’s executive vice president, general counsel, and secretary in June 2018 — received a compensation package that includes a base salary of $0.34 million and a short-term incentive of $1.69 million. She also received a long-term incentive of $2.04 million.

Legal chief Minnix’s investment reflects confidence in Ecolab’s future prosperity

In her role overseeing global legal operations and corporate governance, she significantly contributed to Ecolab’s success. The company recorded an impressive 11.42 percent revenue growth, from $12.73 billion in 2021 to $14.19 billion in 2022. Net income also rose to $1.09 billion in 2022, and assets expanded by 1.22 percent to reach $21.46 billion in the fiscal year.

Minnix’s influence extends beyond the corporate realm, evident in her personal investment in Ecolab. With a 0.0007-percent stake — equivalent to 1,866 shares valued at $0.37 million — she demonstrates confidence in the company’s future and unwavering dedication to its long-term prosperity.
