As the driving force behind Acsion Limited, a premier property developer and holding group, he’s been the architect of its financial triumphs since its inception in 2014.

Anastasiadis — armed with a first and second degree in Structural Engineering — is not just a CEO — he is a registered professional engineer with a wealth of experience in construction and property development. His commitment to excellence is evident in his membership in the South African Institution of Civil Engineering.

Beyond Acsion Ltd., Anastasiadis wears multiple hats, serving as a Director in entities like DAJM Property Investments Pty Ltd., Proc Corp. 160 Pty Ltd., Ioleni Holdings Pty Ltd., Rubensmen Pty Ltd., and more. His involvement extends to being a Member of the South African Institution of Civil Engineering, showcasing his dedication to professional growth.

With a staggering 77.48-percent stake in Acsion Limited, equivalent to 296,512,479 ordinary shares valued at over R1.78 billion ($95.45 million), Anastasiadis stands tall as one of the wealthiest real estate investors on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.     Located in the dynamic Rooihuiskraal area of Centurion, Mall@Reds spans an impressive 55,143m² of gross leasable area.   1. Moutsiya Gardens
    Positioned in Walkraal, Limpopo, Moutsiya Gardens is a forward-looking project aiming to develop 551 residential units on a 40-hectare land parcel. Addressing the shortage of affordable housing, this initiative, spearheaded by Anastasiadis, contributes to local housing demand and urban development in phases.

  1. Hey Joe Brewing Company
    A subsidiary of Acsion Limited, Hey Joe Brewing Company, located in the Cape Winelands, transcends the conventional brewery concept. Under Anastasiadis’s guidance, it serves not only as an event venue but also as a hub for experimentation and distinction in brewing, challenging industry norms.
  1. Mall@Emba
    Strategically located in eMbalenhle, Mpumalanga, Mall@Emba spans 24,602 square meters and serves as the primary formal retail destination for approximately 300,000 residents. Its adjacency to key transportation hubs enhances accessibility, making it a pivotal asset in Anastasiadis’s real estate portfolio.
