His 2023 compensation package comprises a base salary of $0.53 million and a performance-based short-term incentive of $0.38 million thanks to the group’s performance during the fiscal year — under the strategic financial leadership of Ivan Dittrich, the tech group recorded a comprehensive income of $70.6 million at the end of its 2023 fiscal year.
He also received a long-term incentive award of $4.1 million from the multinational technology group to acknowledge his unwavering dedication to the group and his wealth of expertise as a seasoned business leader and a top professional.
