The substantial figure, reflecting an impressive 3.85-percent increase from her 2022 earnings of $8.34 million, solidifies Keene’s legacy at the forefront of SAIC’s success and underscores her influential contribution to the company’s growth until her decision to step down from the CEO position in October 2023, making way for the appointment of Toni Townes-Whitley.

Keene’s compensation for 2023 comprises a base salary of $1.19 million and a performance-based short-term incentive of $1.57 million, emblematic of SAIC’s stellar performance during the fiscal year. During SAIC’s 2023 fiscal year, the Tripoli-born American executive also received a long-term incentive award amounting to $5.33 million. This addition to her compensation package further highlights her lasting contributions to the organization’s prosperity.

Assuming the role of CEO in August 2019 and earning a seat on SAIC’s board of directors, Keene’s journey with the company began in 2012. With over three decades of experience in the information systems and technology services industries, her ascent within SAIC showcases a consistent upward trajectory.

Her exceptional leadership and management skills played a pivotal role in SAIC’s journey to becoming a Fortune 500 company. Under her guidance, the company achieved a ranking of 466, demonstrating impressive financial performance with revenue amounting to $7.7 billion and total assets of $5.54 billion at the conclusion of the 2023 fiscal year.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Keene remains deeply engaged in various organizations and boards, including the ADP’s board of directors and the Inova Health System board of trustees.
