Stephen Curry, the legendary Golden State point guard and NBA superstar celebrated for his exceptional shooting skills, is well on his way to cementing his position among the highest-earning athletes in NBA history.

According to data tracked by Billionaires.Africa, Curry is set to achieve a remarkable milestone in his career as he eyes total career earnings of $354.72 million at the end of the 2023-2024 season.

As the 2023-2024 NBA season unfolds, Curry is on the cusp of becoming the first NBA player to cross the $50 million salary threshold in a single season, as he is set to earn an astonishing $51.9 million by the end of the new season which runs from Oct. 24, 2023 to April 14, 2024.

With his projected career earnings of $354.72 million by the end of the 2023-2024 season, Curry now claims the fourth spot on the list of the NBA’s highest career earners, solidifying his place among the world’s highest-paid athletes.

Despite his impressive earnings, Curry trails behind Chris Paul and Kevin Durant, who hold the third and second positions, with total estimated career earnings of $389.91 million and $396.71 million, respectively.

The undisputed leader of the pack is LeBron James, with a staggering $479.47 million in total career earnings. If James continues his current contract and exercises the option for the next season, he is projected to surpass the $530-million mark by 2025.
