Hassan Allam Utilities, the investment and development arm of the privately-owned engineering firm Hassan Allam Holding, led by Egyptian businessman Hassan Allam, is set to launch an integrated logistics platform for top-of-the-line warehousing services in Egypt.

This avant-garde offering is the result of a strategic collaboration with Denmark-based A.P. Moller Capital, which is anticipated to lure in substantial direct investments amounting to $200 million in the dynamic logistics, shipping, and warehouse sector of Egypt.

Amidst the growing interest of prominent private sector entities in exploiting investment prospects within Cairo International Airport’s logistics services, the platform is poised to deliver a comprehensive array of offerings encompassing state-of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge distribution centers, efficient logistics services, fully-integrated storage complexes, and advanced dry internal warehouses.

Hassan Allam Holding, a distinguished corporation operating in the engineering, procurement, construction, building materials, and utilities sectors, stands tall as one of the most reputable private companies in Egypt, North Africa, and the Middle East.

In recent years, the company has nurtured and developed its reach in the industry, owing to the visionary leadership of Hassan Allam and his brother Amr Allam.

The company’s remarkable growth and expansion can be attributed to the brothers’ unparalleled expertise, under which it has cemented its position as a major industry player. With an impressive construction backlog that exceeds $2.8 billion, the corporation continues to spearhead development initiatives that further bolster the region’s economic progress.

On March 14, the construction group in collaboration with industrial developer Agility, announced the formation of YANMU, a joint venture with a focus on the development and operation of advanced logistics parks and grade-A warehousing facilities throughout Egypt.

YANMU’s flagship project is a sprawling 270,000-square-meter site situated on the new Cairo Suez Road, a mere 15 kilometers from the bustling Cairo Airport.

According to Amr Allam, the chairman of Hassan Allam Utilities, this cutting-edge facility will offer the Egyptian market the latest and most sustainable warehousing solutions available
