The SEC accused him of inflating figures and and engaging in billions of dollars’ of fictitious transactions.
Mmobuosi is interested in acquiring the English Football League (EFL) club Sheffield United for more than $110 million.
Mmobuosi is the founder of Tingo Inc.
Mmobuosi co-founded Tingo Mobile in 2001.
