Leading Moroccan outsourcer Intelcel Group has forecasted $600 million in revenue for the year 2021, if all goes well.

The company is currently one of France’s top-5 customer service outsourcers.

Intelcel Group recorded $431.7 million (€360 million) in turnover in 2020 and forecasts $600 million (€500 million) for 2021, Business Cameroon reported.

Intelcia Group has grown its capacity four times over in five years. It now has roughly 27,000 stuff in 17 countries in Africa

Its Cameroon subsidiary, which launched five years ago with 300 staff, now has 1,200 personnel.

Intelcia Cameroon has proven to be one of the group’s most productive subsidiaries in Sub-Saharan Africa. It offers close to 40 percent of the technical services provided by Intelcia Group, Business Cameroon reported.

As of 2014, Intelcia Group operated out of eight offices in France and Morocco, offering comprehensive tailor-made onshore, nearshore and offshore solutions.

Moroccan businessman Karim Bernoussi founded Intelcia Group in 2000. It provides clients with strategic outsourcing solutions to positively impact their business, Bernoussi said in a 2014 interview with Forbes.

“Continuous investment in our growth is a key aspect of our strategy to offer added value beyond cost competitiveness,” he added. “Expansion was a logical step that has afforded us the flexibility and proximity to better meet our clients’ onshore and nearshore needs.”
