Eduardo Serrano Cuevas

Eduardo Serrano Cuevas is an international journalist based in Los Angeles, California, and Mexico City, Mexico. Previously, he was a broadcaster for Lider TV in Baku, Azerbaijan, where he read the nightly news, and an editor and reporter for Caspian Business News, where he covered oil and gas in the Caspian region. Earlier in his career, Eduardo was a foreign policy and media advisor to the former president of Mexico. A bilingual English and Mexican speaker, he is fluent in French and Russian. Eduardo was the first Mexican-American student to graduate from the prestigious Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) in the early 1990s.
