Floyd Mayweather, renowned boxing icon and successful businessman, has listed his opulent six-bedroom Beverly Hills mansion for $48 million, nearly double the $27.5 million he originally paid in 2017.

The property, situated at North Crescent Drive Evans, was bought from Nile Niami who made great transformations to the property before selling it to Mayweather. The mansion covers a gross floor area of 1,408 square meters and occupies 0.5 acre lot in one of the most prominent location of Beverly Hills.


The house built in French Modern-style in 1992 with interior amenities that include an open area, ten French doors, panelled Libarary, wine cellar and a bar in the immediate neighbourhood of the cellar. It also has guest house that has got 20-seater luxurious designer home cinema theater. Some of notable features include an elegant floor to black glossy formal dining area and a perfect black and white stripes of the pool side area which are among the many improvements made before it was bought by Mayweather.

A lucrative real estate investment

The listing is being managed by Joshua and Matthew Altman of Douglas Elliman, who expressed their honor in representing Mayweather in the sale of his high-end property.

"The Altman Brothers are honored to represent the Champ in the sale of his home. This has been another incredible real estate investment for Floyd Mayweather," they commented in a statement to Mansion Global.

Mayweather has been known to own properties in some of the most affluent areas in the world including Beverly Hills. In 2018, he acquired a $10 million custom-built mansion in Las Vegas, featuring two guesthouses, a pool house, a 20-car garage, and a private vineyard.

In 2021, he expanded his real estate portfolio further with the purchase of an $18 million waterfront compound in Miami Beach, located in the exclusive Palm Island Conclave.

A billionaire’s property portfolio

Despite his vast real estate holdings, Mayweather continues to explore potential investments. He reportedly considered purchasing a $199-million spec mansion in Los Angeles, built by developer Joe Englanoff, though he ultimately opted out on legal advice.

Throughout his illustrious boxing career, Floyd Mayweather amassed over $1.2 billion in earnings, making him one of the wealthiest athletes of all time. The undefeated champion, who retired in 2017 after his highly-publicized fight against UFC star Conor McGregor, has since focused on business ventures, including his lucrative real estate investments.
