According to Billionaires.Africa, Sefrioui’s equity in ADH has declined by MAD606.46 million ($61.6 million) over the past eight days. This decline follows an earlier drop in the value of his stake, which fell by $46.68 million between June 3 and 12. During this period, the value of his stake decreased from MAD7.94 billion ($798.4 million) to MAD7.64 billion ($764.7 million).

ADH, a key player in Morocco’s real estate sector known for its extensive portfolio of low-cost housing projects in major urban centers including Casablanca, Marrakech, and Tangier, has faced significant market turbulence.
The company’s shares have fallen by 7.34 percent in recent times, dropping from MAD32 ($3.26) on July 31 to MAD29.65 ($3). This decline has pushed the company’s market capitalization below $1.3 billion, resulting in substantial losses for shareholders like Sefrioui.
Sefrioui’s ADH stake drops $61 million
Anas Sefrioui, the visionary founder of the Casablanca-based real estate group who ranks as one of Morocco’s richest individuals, owns a 64.1-percent stake in ADH, totaling a significant 258,066,665 shares.
With the recent slump in ADH’s share price, the market value of Sefrioui’s stake has fallen by MAD606.46 million ($61.6 million), decreasing from MAD8.26 billion ($838.34 million) on July 31 to MAD7.65 billion ($776.78 million) at the time of writing.
