Java House Africa (Java), the prominent East African food chain, led by Kenyan business executive Priscilla Gathungu, has unveiled two additional outlets in Nairobi, as part of its strategic expansion plan amidst escalating competition in the fast-food industry.

The new branches, located in Loresho and along Ojijo Road, mark a significant milestone for Java, elevating its total branch count to 88 across the East African region. In Kenya alone, the company oversees operations at 81 outlets, with an additional four in Uganda and three in Rwanda.

The expansion initiative, executed in collaboration with oil marketing firm Rubis, underscores Java’s commitment to fortifying its market presence and enhancing accessibility for its clientele.

Speaking on the development, Java CEO Priscilla Gathungu emphasized the company’s dedication to “going to the people” and providing convenient spaces for customers to savor their favorite Java menu items while on the go.
