Founded by the late Bashir Elnefeidi, the company began as a small retail shop in 1934, operated by Bashir and his two brothers. With determination and foresight, they successfully transformed the business into a thriving wholesale trade enterprise.

In 1974, Bashir shifted the family partnership’s focus to transportation, marking a significant turning point. Meanwhile, his brothers expanded the business into sectors including agriculture, the oil industry, and property development.   1. Elnefeidi Agricultural Company Ltd.: The company’s operations include poultry, date palm and corn plantations, food processing, grain milling, flour-based products, and production of diverse animal feeds. It has a presence in Sudan, Cameroon, Chad, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates with distribution networks across Africa and the Middle East.
  2. Raiba Land Transport: Established in August 2002, Raiba aims to become a leading third-party logistics provider for various industries in Sudan, including FMCG, power production, and oil and gas. The company operates a fleet of around 600 vehicles (trucks and trailers) in Sudan.
  3. Elnefeidi Tires Retreading and Rehabilitation Factory: Founded in 1994, the factory retreads used tires, placing them back into full service. It has evolved into a world-class provider of retreaded tires, offering comprehensive tire services to benefit transporters throughout Sudan.
  4. Seven Rent a Car: Established in May 2006, Seven Rent a Car is a subsidiary of Elnefeidi Group. The company provides high-standard vehicles on long and short-term lease contracts. It owns and operates a fleet of more than 250 vehicles of different models and types.
  5. Bashir Motors: Established in 2005 as the sole and exclusive agent of Nissan Motors Ltd. in Sudan, Bashir Motors operates under the Elnefeidi Group. The company delivers cars to customers and provides after-sales services through showrooms and service centers.
  6. Elnourse Real Estate Investment Co. Ltd: Established in 2000, the company executes comprehensive housing projects, harnessing opportunities in Sudan’s real estate sector. It owns a wealth of real estate, including land, buildings, villas, offices, stores, and warehouses in strategic and attractive locations.
  7. Inmaa Poultry and Feed Production Company: Founded in 2005 as a joint venture between Elnefeidi Holding Group and Egypt’s Al Wadi Holding Group, Inmaa Poultry and Feed Production Company operates several ventures. It is the largest feed mill in Sudan, with operations in poultry and feed production, agriculture, trading, and engineering.
