Egyptian businessman Hassan Allam leads cooperation effort to boost investment in Africa

UK Export Finance (UKEF) and Hassan Allam Holding, a privately held engineering, construction, and infrastructure firm led by Egyptian businessman Hassan Allam, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to increase cooperation in a number of projects across Africa.

The MOU signed at the British Embassy in Cairo is aimed at bolstering and deepening cooperation in order to secure sustainable inward investment into the UK, and promote mutually beneficial trade and financing opportunities across Africa.

The agreement represents a significant step forward in fostering cooperation and driving economic growth between the UK and Africa.

Hassan Allam Holding is one of the largest privately held corporations in Egypt, North Africa, and the Middle East. The company, co-led by the visionary businessman Hassan Allam and his brother Amr Allam, has amassed a wealth of experience and expertise over the years and has grown exponentially under their leadership.

With a current construction backlog of more than $2.8 billion, Hassan Allam Holding has established itself as a major player in the industry and continues to drive growth and deliver large-scale projects that contribute to the economic development of the region.

Hassan Allam, a highly respected and accomplished Egyptian businessman, who is the CEO of Hassan Allam Holding, expressed his excitement about the recently signed MOU with UK Export Finance. With the support of UKEF, Hassan Allam Holding will continue to drive growth and deliver mega projects in the region while also promoting trade and prosperity between the UK and Africa.
